The Geekworm X1201-C1 metal case is a protective housing solution designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi 5 paired with the X1201 UPS shield. This robust enclosure provides complete mechanical protection while maintaining a compact profile suitable for embedded projects.
The interior of the case features a dedicated space for installing the Raspberry Pi 5 PIP (Power in Place) board on top, allowing for optimized space usage. Particular attention has been paid to switch management: although the X1201 shield is compatible with an external switch, the height constraints of the metal case prevent the inclusion of a 12 mm hole for this type of mounting.
