Smart fan cooling control board for Raspberry Pi with on-board LM75 temperature sensor. Fan can be controlled by GPIO 12 or by the on-board sensor.
For advanced Raspberry Pi 3/4 (RPI) models, adding a cooling solution is essential to maintain optimal temperatures.
This addon board features a small fan that can be controlled via RPI GPIO 12 or the on-board LM75 temperature sensor, activating the fan only when the temperature rises.
Note: When using this board with an external 12V power supply connected to the DC jack, do not use micro USB power simultaneously, as this may damage the board.
Demo code see here, in the fan folder. You can use the nohup command to run the script in the background for long-term operation.
