M5Stack Timer Camera X (OV3660) ESP32 with PSRAM

The TimerCamera-X is a programmable camera module based on the ESP32-D0WDQ6-V3 microcontroller, featuring 8 MB of onboard PSRAM and an OV3660 3-megapixel image sensor. It captures photos at a maximum resolution of 2048x1536 pixels with a diagonal field of view (DFOV) of 66.5°.

Designed for ultra-low power consumption, this module includes a built-in 140 mAh lithium battery and an RTC (BM8563) that enables timed sleep and wake-up functions with a sleep current as low as 2 μA. When configured for periodic photo capture (one per hour), the battery can sustain continuous operation for over a month. The module supports Wi-Fi image transmission, USB debugging, and features a bottom HY2.0-4P port for connecting additional peripherals.
