The Hat Heart is a heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO2) sensor based on the MAX30102, designed to stack directly onto the M5StickC. It provides a complete non-invasive pulse oximetry solution via the I2C interface.
The Hat Heart is an expansion hat designed for the M5StickC, featuring the MAX30102 sensor. It enables non-invasive measurement of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate using pulse oximetry technology based on infrared LED illumination.
This module integrates infrared LEDs, photodetectors, optical components, and low-noise electronics, with ambient light suppression for accurate readings. It communicates via the I2C protocol and connects directly to the M5StickC on pins G26 (SCL), G0 (SDA), 3.3V, and GND.
