Wireless XBEE SD Shield (SD, Micro-SD Card and XBEE for Arduino )

This combined shield integrates an SD/MicroSD card reader with a "Bee"-form factor wireless module socket (XBee, Bluetooth Bee, RF Bee), adding both storage and wireless communication capabilities to Arduino projects. It is compatible with Digi XBee modules as well as any other module sharing the same footprint, making it a versatile choice for data logging and telemetry applications.

The shield operates between 2.6 V and 3.6 V. A physical toggle switch allows easy selection between standard SD and MicroSD cards. For the wireless section, jumper settings on pins PD0–PD7 determine whether the module communicates directly with the Arduino microcontroller or via a USB-to-serial converter for programming and debugging.
