Freescale MPX10D Pressure Sensor IC - 0 to 10 kPa

The MPX10D pressure sensor from the MPX10 series is a silicon piezoresistive component designed for low-pressure measurement, covering a range of 0 to 10 kPa (approximately 0 to 1.45 psi). It provides a linear and accurate analog voltage output directly proportional to the applied pressure.

This uncompensated sensor allows designers to add their own external temperature compensation and signal conditioning networks. The unique shear stress strain gauge design simplifies compensation techniques due to its predictability. The durable epoxy unibody package ensures long-term reliability.
