Grove capacitive touch sensor (TTP223-BA6) replacing mechanical buttons. 2.0-5.5V supply, low power consumption, digital output compatible with Arduino/Raspberry Pi.
The Grove Touch Sensor is an electronic module designed to replace traditional mechanical switches with capacitive touch detection. Based on the TTP223-BA6 chip, this sensor detects changes in capacitance when a finger approaches or touches the sensitive area, generating a digital output signal. It operates with a supply voltage of 2.0 to 5.5V and consumes very little power (approximately 1.5 to 3.0 µA at 3V), making it ideal for low-power projects.
Compatible with Arduino and Raspberry Pi systems via the Grove connector, this module offers a fast response time (60 to 220 ms) and can be configured in toggle mode or with various output options (Active High/Low, CMOS/Open Drain). It is easily used in user interface applications, home automation, or rapid prototyping without requiring additional components.
