RS-232 Transceiver ST232BDR - 220 kbps, SSOP-16

The ST232BDR is a full-duplex RS-232 transceiver featuring two drivers and two receivers, compliant with EIA/TIA-232 and V.28 standards. Designed to operate from a single 5 V supply, it eliminates the need for traditional ±12 V power supplies thanks to its integrated oscillators and charge-pump voltage converter.
