This expansion board connects standard USB HID devices (keyboards, mice, barcode scanners) to UART or RS-485 interfaces. It supports two simultaneous channels, allowing for data integration or signal extension in various setups.
The USB signal is limited to approximately 5 meters, while the RS-485 interface allows transmission up to 1 km. Both channels can be configured as master or slave via jumpers, defaulting to slave mode.
