3mm red LED with 200mcd brightness, THT mounting. Ideal for status indicators with a nominal current of 20mA.
3 mm red Light Emitting Diode (LED) with a brightness of 200 mcd and a convex lens. This standard through-hole technology (THT) component emits in the red spectrum (640-650 nm) and is ideal for status indicators on your electronic circuits.
For optimal use, include a current-limiting resistor suited to your supply voltage, as the LED requires a nominal current of 20 mA and has a forward voltage drop between 1.7 V and 2.5 V. The leads are spaced at 2.54 mm, making them suitable for breadboarding or PCB soldering.
