The resistive foil sensor that is used to measure the strain that occurs on an object. The strain sensor foil can be easily attached to any object by just sticking to the object.
The BH Series 350-3AA resistive strain foil gauge is a constant metal foil sensor designed to measure mechanical strain on objects with high precision. With a nominal resistance of 350 Ω and a gauge factor between 2.0 and 2.2, it provides a reliable linear response for strain measurement applications.
This compact sensor (7.0 mm x 4.5 mm) attaches directly to the target surface using an appropriate adhesive. Each end features two small solderable wire leads for easy integration into Wheatstone bridges or signal conditioning circuits.
