MOSFET Module (Electronic Brick compatible, IRF520, MOSFET with driver)

Power MOSFET module compatible with Electronic Brick, based on the IRF520 transistor. It allows interfacing 3.3V or 5V digital logic (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.) with external loads operating up to 24V.
