This 4-digit 7-segment clock display features 0.39-inch (approx. 10 mm) high red digits in a common anode configuration. It is specifically designed for projects requiring clear numeric readouts, such as digital clocks, counters, and timers.

The multiplexed architecture allows for efficient control using very few microcontroller pins. You can drive the digits and segments using a 74HC595 shift register, which significantly reduces wiring complexity compared to direct segment driving. The module includes decimal points for each digit, center colons for time formatting, and an upper-right indicator (often used for degrees or AM/PM status).
